Interior Design Consultancy
Good interiors start with the plan. Before a single piece is chosen we work out how each room should be used, how people will move through it and where the furniture should sit — then specify exactly what goes in it from our own collection.
It is the same process we use on every Finer Developments scheme and every Finer Lodge, and it is available for your home or investment property, from a single room to a country estate.
What we do
Measured plans showing how each room should be arranged — circulation, sight lines, where the light falls and how the space will really be used.
A specified list of pieces from the Finer Interiors collection, chosen to fit the plan, the budget and the character of the house.
A palette of paint, fabric, timber and stone, with a lighting plan that works by day and by evening.
Window treatments, upholstery and cushions specified to the scheme and fitted with the furniture.
Start from any pack in our London or Cotswolds collection and tailor it — change pieces, add rooms, upgrade fabrics — priced as one order.
We deliver, assemble and place everything to the plan, so the finished room looks the way it was drawn.

We visit the property, talk through how you want to use it, and measure and photograph every room.
Layout plans for each room, with the furniture drawn in to scale.
Mood boards, samples and a costed furniture list from our collection for your approval.

Fees
£495+ VAT
£1,500+ VAT per room
10% offon room design
All fees exclude VAT. Room design is charged per room after the consultation, with 10% off for six rooms or more. Furniture is priced separately.

No — the design is yours to use. Most clients choose pieces from our collection because it keeps ordering, delivery and installation with one team.
Yes. We plan around pieces you want to keep and fill the gaps from our collection.
Yes. We design every Finer Developments scheme with resale and letting in mind, and we bring the same approach to investors' own properties.
After the initial consultation each room is charged at £1,500 + VAT. For six rooms or more — £9,000 + VAT and above — the room design fee is reduced by 10%. A ten-room project, for example, is £13,500 + VAT instead of £15,000, and the same rate applies however large the house.
