Finer Interiors is the design and furnishing arm of Finer Developments. We design and furnish every property we build, restore and let — and the same team, and the same collection, is available to you.

Layouts are drawn to make the most of every room, finishes are chosen to last, and the furniture is specified to suit the buyer or tenant the property is built for. A well-designed home photographs better, lets faster and holds its value — and that is where returns are protected.
The same thinking runs through Finer Lodges: hand-crafted lodges in the Cotswolds, furnished by us so that every stay feels considered, comfortable and worth returning to.

You approve the scheme in advance — finishes, fabrics and layout.

Questions
Yes. Every pack is sold outright — not rented or leased. Once paid for, everything in it is yours to keep, move or sell.
Each pack is priced below the combined retail price of its contents, and it includes the design visit, delivery, assembly and placement that you would otherwise arrange yourself.
Yes. Every pack is a starting point. Items can be added, removed or upgraded from our collection, and we confirm the revised price before you commit.
We visit the property, measure each room and plan the layout before ordering. Nothing is chosen from a floor plan alone.
Many pieces are made to order. Most packs are installed within eight to twelve weeks of approving the mood board, and sooner where items are in stock. For a fixed completion date, speak to us as early as you can.
A deposit secures the order once you approve the mood board, with the balance due before delivery. Full terms are set out in your quotation.
We install across London, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. Further afield is quoted on request.
All prices are shown excluding VAT. Delivery and installation within our standard area are included.
